Matt Toler is a seasoned attorney with a strong foundation in real estate law and community engagement. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2005 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2008.

Matt currently serves on the board of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah and sits on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society for Greater Savannah. A 2019 graduate of Leadership Savannah, he is deeply invested in both professional excellence and civic involvement.

In 2025, Matt was honored as Best Real Estate Closing Attorney by Savannah Magazine’s Best of Savannah Awards. Toler Comer, LLC, was also recognized as Runner-Up for Best Real Estate Closing Firm. That same year, he received the distinguished Attorney of the Year award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.
